Sports Chiropractic Built Around How You Train

From pain-free to performance, for athletes of all levels

Sports injury care at One Spine looks at the full load your body is under, not only the spot that hurts. We treat the injury itself and the joint restrictions, muscle imbalances and movement patterns that keep bringing it back.

We're located inside American Grit Training Facility, a private training gym, so we work with patients who are actively training, and that shapes every session. We're chiropractors for athletes of every level, and our goal is to get you out of pain first, then back to training stronger.

Sports Injury Chiropractic FAQs

Usually, yes. Our care is designed to complement an active training schedule, and most patients keep training as normal between visits. If a specific area needs rest, we'll tell you.

It depends on the injury and how your body responds. At your first visit, we'll walk you through what we found and outline a plan, so you know what to expect.

A sports-focused approach accounts for the load your body is under from training. We assess movement patterns, soft tissue tension and performance-related mechanics along with spinal and joint alignment, and Dr. Artaserse's rehab background adds a layer many chiropractic visits don't include.

No. Many patients come in for maintenance and performance support. Proactive care through a full training season is one of the most effective ways to reduce injury risk.

Most active patients benefit from weekly or every-other-week visits during peak training, then taper to monthly maintenance. We'll recommend a frequency at your first assessment.

No referral is needed. We're self-pay and provide superbills on request that you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
